Venky Reviews venkyreviews April 28 2022 Story was decent Acharya. If you are basing a film on the lives of an Adivasi tribe at least acknowledge their culture language and rituals. In fact the masala segments in Koratala Sivas earlier films were more entertaining.

Directed by Siva Koratala. The grandeur in the film is quite good as the sets and action blocks are good. It means the talk it gets becomes critical.

1 star Acharya starring Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi is set in the fictional temple town of Dharmasthala. The flow of scenes could be predicted by their most old-fashioned ways. Touted to be a socio-political actioner the plot revolves around a middle-aged Naxalite-turned-social reformer who launches a fight against the Endowments Department over misappropriation of temple funds and donations.
